Our chakras sense energy and serve to tell us about the world around us. When a chakra is healthy and balanced, it spins in a circular motion. However, if there is a disturbance or blockage in the energy within a chakra, the circular motion may become elliptical, flattened on its sides, or in the opposite direction. The faster the chakra spins, the more energy they can receive and transmit.
If we close any chakras, we do not let that information come in. When we make our chakras flow the opposite direction, we send our energy out into the world, sense what the energy is that we send out and say that it is the world. This is called projection in psychology. Thus, what we conclude the world is like, is related to our own imagined reality that we project onto our world.
